Mayer's Well Drilling is firmly committed to the safety of our employees and staff on our job site.  We value our employees as a resource critical to our success.  We do everything in our power to prevent workplace accidents and provide a safe work environment.  ALL ACCIDENTS ARE PREVENTABLE.

At Mayer's Well Drilling commitment to safety is like drilling a hole….  It starts at the top.  New hires are trained and supervised by our skilled and experience people.  Our people are taught to do things the right way which is the safe way.  Our staff has attended factory schools for safe operations of our drilling and excavation equipment.  Many of our employees hold certifications from the National Ground Water Association, IGSHPA, and factory pump schools.

All employees take and active role in maintaining our valued equipment.  Improperly maintained equipment not only can cause down time it can cost loss of wages.  We only replace parts with OME parts.

Mayer's Well Drilling is a DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.  We participate in random drug testing as required. All new employees must pass a drug test before hire. We conduct post accident drug and alcohol testing.

Our motto is “TEAM EFFORT”.  Our common goal is producing product and service in an economical and SAFE matter.   WORKING SAFE IS NO ACCIDENT.
